That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our team in Switzerland to help to turn leads into qualified opportunities while partnering with marketing and field sales to create and execute lead generation campaigns. As the first line of communication with prospects, you have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching companies and connecting with key decision makers, converting leads into opportunities, starting and developing new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You are a quick learner with strong communication skills and with the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for IGEL to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
This position requires regular outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling and tight collaboration with field sales to generate new opportunities.
The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. The SDR will be expected to report on qualification and call activity and stay thoroughly informed on all products and the Virtualization industry in general.
