The t540 I/O ports include one (1) 3.5 mm audio headset jack, three (3) SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate ports, one (1) SuperSpeed USB Type-C™ 5Gbps signaling rate port, one (1) RJ-45 port for Ethernet connection, one (1) AC power port, two (2) USB 2.0 Type-A ports, and two (2) DisplayPort™ 1.2 connectors to support dual video display up to 4K.
The t540 supports the AMD Ryzen™ Embedded R1305G with Radeon™ Vega 3 graphics processor with speeds up to 2.8 GHz.
It comes with a minimum of 16 GB of internal storage with up to 512 GB NAND flash memory, and up to 16 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM with transfer rates up to 2400 MT/s.
The t540 is compatible with various protocols including Citrix® HDX; Citrix® ICA; VMware Horizon® View™ through RDP/PCoIP, and Blast Extreme; and Remote Desktop Services Remote FX (RFX), RDP
